My name is Sophie and I am a 21 year old student and tea fanatic.
This blog is an exploration of how tea holds Britain together. According to the UK Tea & Infusions Association we consume 165 million cups of tea per day in the UK. That’s a lot of tea!
Britain thrives on a good cup of tea. We hold everything from tea dances with the elderly to tea mornings with Mums and Dads. Just think what we would do without tea!
